SUPPLY OF WHEEL HUBS
The objective here was to supply the unfinished wheel hubs for passenger cars and present them at a machining unit.
Our answer
In this project, the parts were large and weighed 1.5 kg. IDEATEC proposed a distribution solution using a slide hopper, which is more compact, less noisy and fully adapted to these wheel hubs.
To transport the parts to the loading gantry, IDEATEC produced dual chain conveyors.
